Consultation & Audit
Our process begins long before a single drop of coating is applied. Our senior technicians conduct an on-site visit to perform a comprehensive audit of your interiors.
We evaluate the porosity of your marble, the age of your leather, the mineral deposits on your shower glass, and the daily wear-and-tear patterns of your household. Based on this hyper-detailed analysis, we draft a bespoke protection strategy, selecting the exact chemical variants of our nano coating that will yield optimal results.
Deep Decontamination
The secret to a permanent bond is absolute purity. We undertake an exhaustive, multi-stage decontamination process to strip away impurities.
Using specialized, pH-balanced degreasers, clay bars, and iron removers, we extract embedded dirt, old sealants, factory waxes, and hard water stains. The surface is then sterilized with an isopropyl alcohol (IPA) wipe-down, rendering it microscopically bare and ready to receive the coating.
Precision Application
With the environment strictly controlled for humidity and temperature, our master applicators deploy the liquid nano coating. Utilizing highly specialized applicator pads and a meticulous cross-hatch motion, the formula is massaged into the pores.
We apply the coating in measured, microscopic layers. As the liquid flashes (evaporates), the active SiO2 molecules dive into the substrate, locking themselves into the structure permanently.
Curing & Final Handover
The coating must be left undisturbed to undergo its crucial cross-linking phase. Depending on the substrate, this curing process takes between 12 to 24 hours to achieve initial hardness, and up to 7 days for full chemical crystallization.
Once initial curing is complete, our quality assurance team performs a rigorous inspection using high-lumen tactical lights to ensure flawless, level coverage. Only when perfection is confirmed do we hand the masterpiece back to you.
